BackgroundSince 2001, I have focused on business development, customer acquisition, and building long-term relationships with commercial and residential property owners. 10 years in Skanska AB group and 14 years in Einar Mattsson AB group.
For about seven years, I served as Business Area Manager and Managing Director at Einar Mattsson, one of Stockholm’s largest private property management organizations - always with a customer-centric approach and a drive to advance both the business and the organization. Recently, my work has centered on strategic R&D at KTH, accelerating digitalization and PropTech in the real estate sector, with a special focus on Einar Mattsson’s operations. As Chairman of the Board at KTH Dig-IT Lab and board member at KTH Live-In Lab, I bring extensive experience across the entire property life cycle - from business and project development to planning, construction to property management. Both KTH Live-In Lab (established by Einar Mattsson in 2017) and KTH Dig-IT Lab (launched in 2024) are among Sweden’s leading research centers. Here, academia and industry collaborate to accelerate development projects that reduce the climate impact of properties through digitalization and efficient property management.
